It was a delayed steal and caught the infielders off guard, thats why they weren't covering. Why not mention that?
How does he know it was Bisson's bag to cover? Watkins had squared on the previous pitch so he was probably cheating toward first a little. This isn't little league, it isn't an automatic SS covers for left handed batters and 2B covers for right handed batters.
