What was the collapse? A 4 run lead? Are you new to post season baseball?

Certainly not unheard of in baseball, but the first time FSU came back from a 4 run deficit.

It's impossible. Henry, Hill, Marceaux, and Walker should all be better next year. Return Beloso, Garza, Cabrera, Digiacomo, plus plenty of young talent so some will inevitably step up. Next year should be a national seed based on starting pitching alone.

Beloso, Garza, Cabrera, Digiacomo! What a scary line up that'll be! That's a combined BA of .291 for your top 4 returners which would be good enough for the 4th highest team BA in the SEC. Consider everyone but Smith's BA has dropped or flat lined since they got to LSU and I'm not expecting much out of our lineup. We don't know what's going on with Henry's arm and Hill has been injury prone. Also our pitching staff have all regressed for the most part.

Pathetic showing in a super regional. Hopefully they are all embarrassed and are motivated to kicking arse tomorrow and forcing a game 3 where we can use Henry again possibly.

After we threw a steady diet of fastballs...

Fastball - foul
Fastball - foul
Fastball - foul
Fastball - foul
Fastball —> Yard!!

What “collapse”? Right fielder hit maybe the furthest ball I’ve ever seen in Alex Box to tie it and change the flow of the game. You melters are pathetic. Play the game long enough you see lots of things but a collapse this was not.

Any HC from any team we have played this year could have gotten this team to this game today. Please Mr. Woodward, it’s time for a change.

Completely disagree. We had a 4 run lead and couldn't find one pitcher that could throw strikes. Shitty baserunning cost us at least one run probably.

Worst part is that it really all went great for FSU. Got decent innings out of their starter, LSU burned Peterson. Ugh
