Larson to DH
Milazzo to C

Travinski needs to sit and we can do some retooling in the infield and outfield from that. I think we'll figure out more in the next two weeks. More growing pains to come though

Agreed. Larson looked great at the plate. He didn’t make any errors or frick up in the outfield but he also didn’t look great out there on his routes and reading the ball off the bat

I believe that is probably our best lineup, in terms of potential. However, it may not be our best in terms of how they are playing right now. I still like it, though.

I think this (yours but including the pitcher)

Bingham LF
White 3b
Travinski dh
Neal c
Jones 1b
Braswell ss
Larson rf
Kling cf
Milam 2b
Coleman P

Or this

Bingham LF
White 3b
Travinski dh
Milazzo c
Jones 1b
Braswell ss
Larson rf
Kling cf
Milam 2b
Coleman P

Are likely scenarios

We're competing against top 10 teams in the country. We battled back and forth, and they got the last big hit for the W. We are 1-1 in the series. Today's a new day and we need to continue to work hard to get better in every aspect of the game - pitching, defense and hitting. Need some players to step up & make plays - get big outs and hits with runners on.

Stop trying to make Neal happen when we have 2 better senior catchers.

Larson to DH

What? He's a great athlete. If he's in the lineup, he needs to be in the OF. He's way better than Pearson, who, somehow, has regressed into a really bad defensive OF. He's been atrocious out there this year.

Could Larson be the future at CF? Right now you just have to play Kling or it’s a yes-fly zone.

We’ve been so spoiled in Center in the CPM/CJJ era: Mitchell, Mahtook, Stevenson, Jones, Watson, Fraley, Crews… damn.

Kling needs to stay benched until he can get hits.

Go with Larson for a while.

I thought he was playing a little timid out there.... a ball or two he could have called off Braswell.

As a Freshman with just a little playing time, I get it, but man would love to see him take charge more.

I'm kinda over 1KNeal at C. Would rather in in OF if his bat comes around.
