Has there been word of coach Lindsey is going to return to coaching?

Not sure with his medical issues. Hopefully he’s making a full recovery. If not we have to somehow get Bo Davis to leave Texas and come home.

Yeah, O said some shite publicly about hires or failed attempts to hire that probably had people all over the athletic department banging their heads against the wall.
The current situation may be frustrating at times, but it’s the right way to run a high-level football program.

Dude, all of this was to be expected. O got that job with media pressure that came due to his promises of access.
If our AD didn't want the circus, they shouldn't have hired him. Their hiring was an implicit support of O doing what he promised to do.

Based on the nature of his condition, I don't think it would be wise for Lindsey, or him even durable enough physically to spend endless hours on the field coaching in the future. Health wise his future should be as an off field advisor only.

I would like to see Lindsey remain on staff as an analyst, but we really need a take charge guy that demands great technique, commands respect and recruits like hell. We don’t have the luxury of waiting to see if Coach Lindsey is there yet.

I suspect he will be an analyst at least for next year, continuing his employment and insurance coverage but my question is does his salary get adjusted to analyst comp if this happens. I’m not sure if Kragthorpes salary got adjusted during that scenario.

Or maybe no notable changes are happening. This time is exciting for a lot of fans of other teams but man this shyt is boring for LSU. Just feels like other teams are making BIG moves to improve.
