Maybe he got in some folks' ears about how the 2 top ranked teams just played a very impressive game on national TV in the SEC championship, and how it would seem a little bit chickenshit to place them on the same side and leave UNC with a relatively easy road to the finals on the other side.

I'm sure he laughed at not being in the top 3, but given the draw we got it's not too terrible. I'd much rather oklahoma/vtech than someone like louisville or kstate/arkansas

This is exactly what they were trying to avoid with baseball seeding you dolt. Trying to not have the top two teams in one conference meet until the finals.

I think they did show respect by giving us the draw they did. We got IMO the easiest draw of the top 8. It all came down to keeping us and Vandy on the opposite sides of the bracket and that's what happened.
