What is the vision for LSU?
Is there Development plan we can see? Which projects are upcoming?
Is there a 2D and 3D model for these projects?

I'm sure you've seen development plans made for a city or a town before...
Council usually hires a firm...they have a website showing the approved or proposed future projects in 2D and 3D...funding needed...the estimated cost and desired time line
