Has anyone actually seen the amended SEC bylaws?

The new NFL/NBA/MLB/WNBA rules are not listed in the official SEC bylaws or Commissioner’s regulations on the SEC website. The social media post listing the new rules is all I have seen.
With Arkansas football playing former MLB player Monte Harrison, it seems like there would have to be some fine print somewhere justifying him playing despite being in direct violation of the rules the SEC made public. It’s always been ok, but things change when new rules are created.
Or is this another case of the SEC saying even though it breaks the rule, we didn’t mean the rule like that?

There are no bylaws, it's all a game.

the ncaa always had a rule about it being ok to be professional as long as it was a different sport.

Yes, it’s always been done, but the new SEC rule goes against that and would supersede the NCAA rule. Ok to do it in other conferences, but not in the SEC, according to the new SEC rule.

It’s in the email Sankey sent. They didn’t adjust the bylaws
It’s an exhibit to the amended federal suit
