Congrats on missing the point entirely. We should have never been in that game. Alabama was a much better team than us last year. So how was it that we were able to be in a position tow in at the end of a game we had no business even being in?

Ever notice Les always has somebody at his side explaining what just happened? Ever notice when somebody isn't talking into his ear he's staring up and the replay screen with his mouth wide open?

This is the same coach who calls timeouts after a turnover...the same coach who screams for a spike with one second left on the clock...and still denies it.

Yes he wins, but he also has 4 assistant coaches who were former big time headcoaches...and Frank Wilson making him look good on the recruiting trail.

The guys on 104.5 ESPN said it looked like LSU didn't scout bama defense at all. We just ran the same shite as we have all year.

That's pretty accurate.

Even though I am not listening, I would probably clarify that by saying I doubt both hosts are saying that, but the guests on the show may be.

So when former players like T Bob aren't trashing Les, why do people like you act like their opinions don't matter?

Yall are acting like Harvey Williams opinion on the game is the end all be all.

Your agenda is showing.
i actually agreed with T-Bob, however, it's people like you that trashed T-Bob and his dad after his 1/9/12 comments. It's the same people now who praise T-Bob for his post 11/7/15 comments.

Harvey Williams isn't the end all, of course he's not...garbage men can't be the end all.

Yeah, but does Harvey know as much as lsu grandad or DEG?

hey man, singling me out is totally unfair.

yes, I have strongly supported les miles in the past and I still do. but, if you have read all of my posts you will see that I have also been critical of some of his actions. he is not perfect. he also is not as good as saban at bama and probably no one else at lsu will be either. saban gets the best recruits every year and has much more depth than we have.

but I AM opposed to throwing out the baby with the bathwater. firing miles is extremely risky. not to mention extremely expensive.

I have criticized his game planning more than once, the most recent this past game. HOWEVER, I very much question this teams ability to execute much of the type of plays needed to beat bama AT THIS TIME. even so, I have stated that we should have tried it anyway. it likely would have resulted in a worse loss but maybe not.

lastly, unlike some die hards on here, I have supported miles for other reasons than those that view LSU as their professional team....

1-as an alum, I greatly support the way he reps LSU
2-he is great with the young men in our program. he teaches them life lessons and they all aren't about winning
3-our graduation rates are way above average and most years second only to Vandy in the SEC

SUMMARY: miles has integrity and class and is a great mentor for OUR students. I am an LSU alum and am proud of his accomplishes at LSU. LSU is not my professional team and I view college differently than the pros. firing Miles could easily be ethe worst mistake LSU has ever made.

but, THANKS for remembering me.

Yes, and Saban's staff is full of nobodies and he gets all the credit for wins. Plus 5 straight number 1 recruiting classes.

This is hilarious at this point. Morons on here have zero perspective.

So since you're trying to make the argument that Les's assistants are the reason for his success, does that mean we get to throw out the "Les is the only common denominator for our offense" bullshite?

Or do yall get to just move the goalposts to fit the agenda?

Apparently he thinks saban does not surround himself with a good staff if he is going to consider Miles hiring good assistants as a negative.

It wasn't the guests this time, it was the hosts.

It wasn't that bad. He stated the obvious

-not adapting to opponents weakness
-killed in trenches
-bama is king now need to knock them off
-need to prep for bama year round

Miles isn't the best Xs and Os coach, but the fact that he has put together a 7-1 team this year is impressive

In other words, he's Saban's bitch and you're ok with that

You should have game planned for that during the 2 weeks of practice. We went with our base offense and tried to bully a team that rotates 14 players on the front 7, most of whom are jrs and srs.

No. So far every host on 104.5 has been saying the game plan was abysmal.

We were supposed to lose to State and Auburn this year according to so many on here and nationally. Why do we get no credit for the positives because of one ugly game?

They have never had any level of success coaching at any level of football.
