I'd rather have Shepard serve as the second QB than Jefferson. Shepard is much faster, more talented, and has a better arm.

I remember last year, you had went nuts on Jefferson for calling a time out on 3rd-and-forever. I remember because I was thinking the same damn thing.
Were you going nuts tonight when Jefferson called a timeout on 3rd and nine - with plenty of time to get a play off?
The kid just doesn't get it. He blew what could have been a really important time out. On 3rd-and-nine, you line up, run your best 3rd and 9 play and get it over with. You DON'T use a precious time out.

It actually did work and it can work if the offensive coaching does not perform the disappearing act it performed in the 2nd half tonight. I counted 7 straight plays up the middle at one point. It became very predictable for a while there.
