But just two days ago O said they will be running the Saints offense, which isn’t spread/RPO
Brady was brought to the Saints to install a Spread/RPO package for Taysom Hill. So probably THAT aspect of the Saints offense.

Oh so when O said they would be running the Saints offense he just meant the 3-4 plays a game of the offense where Taysom Hill lines up at QB. Now I understand.

And that package (and live game time) is significant when your NFL QB is 40 years old. And I'd imagine Brady will bring much more than merely those 4 plays from the Saint's offense (and Penn State's offense as well)

No one seems to really be able to define what Brady did for the Saints or what he is actually doing for LSU.

Only that this time, this time is it!

So two different opinions, then. Cool.

Or are you demanding that everyone conforms to YOUR opinion... good luck with that.

The irony. Holy Santa Claus shite, the irony. This has got to be on purpose.

And Brady will also bring other goodies - you know... like WR routes, WR blocking assignments, O-line blocking assignments, RB passing routes, RB passing assignments. Defensive tendencies in situation A, situation B, C, D, E, F, etc. & etc.

this reminds me of the threads after we hired Billy Gonzalez. just knew that he was gonna put Percy Harvin stuff in for Shep. I was wanting that little shovel option that they ran for Aaron Hernandez (and Harvin) too.

disclaimer: I expect Brady to work out a lot better. just saying.

the Saints passing game/1972 Dolphins run game with some RPO's from Penn State and whirly-bird veer from 1979 NC State and 1994 UF fun and gun mixed in with some Oklahoma wishbone offense that's being installed at LSU and will revolutionize college football this year?

Back to the problem of labeling people as negative. There was a chance to say "O has not been a disaster hire," but no you went ahead with "the O hire is turning into being a home run," which is patently false. You're begging for logic and reason to prove you wrong, which it can. At the very least say "O was been a solid hire," there's maybe a conversation to have there.

That’s a Bingo!!!

Sure and it’s negative but the point Freaux is making is that someone will make some over the top statements that naturally will attract a response and even if that response is neutral it will be perceived as negative

Like I said, he's been a dynamite recruiter for years and even Syracuse passed on giving him an interview for HC. He's not seen as a commodity at HC, even now. Him getting the job here was the perfect storm. He manipulated an idiot AD, convinced the locals that he's one of them, and promised to bring the best OC into the program

It's like you're stuck 3 or 4 years behind everyone else.
