Sec Network analysts claimed lsu had a 65% chance we wouldn't make a bowl game. Regardless of our coach our talent will do enough to at least make a bowl game. I'm okay with being the underdog. Our team needs this exerpt played over and over again.

I think the 10-2 crowd is off their rocker but I think we go at least 6-6.

I mean, it’s possible I guess but we’ve had way less talented teams win 9 games. We’ll be fine as far as bowl games go. However, we will never turn the corner with the current leadership at LSU.

It’s like the entire nation has forgotten DAVE ARANDA is the DC.....O is an Elite D Line Guru, Raymond is one the most respected CB coach’s in the nation.....add to that the addition of Bill Bushe, and double the shadow staff......

5-7 isn't impossible if we lose to Miami, Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi State, Alabama, and Texas A&M.

I’m stunned, not that analysts and bookmakers, show a lack of confidence but that our fans fail to see why.
Do y’all really, honestly not get why? Do you think it’s bcs the CB opposite Greedy will be inexperienced or maybe bcs there no Fournette/Guice type RB?

5 & 7 was POSSIBLE last season, and 5 & 7 is just as POSSIBLE this season. After the Troy loss, I was adamant we would finish 5 & 7. I was extremely thankful that we went on a hell of a run and finished 9 & 3. It makes me feel like O can motivate and avoid a train wreck. I'm HOPING to go 11 & 1 this season and will still be content with 10 & 2. We may very well stumble more and finish 9 & 3 or 8 & 4. BUT I'll be damned if I'm predicting anything less than that. Until I see a total trainwreck from this "new version" of O, I'm sticking with this. O may never achieve greatness, most would say hell no it just ain't possible, but I've mostly forgiven the troy stinkage, and I'm riding until the wheels fall off and hoping like hell they don't. A man's gotta have hope.

I am not a 10-2 crowd (more 8-4) but someone posted yesterday some somewhat convincing info regarding the 2014 season and the current one. Upgrade at QB and downgrade at RB.
If there is any season where I expect LSU to apply the pedal to the metal for a full 4qtrs, it's this one.

Because since the season hasn't been played yet, nothing at all has changed.
All these 6-6 and less people, forgetting lsu is a 3 pt dog on a neutral field to a top 8 team, and the 12th ranked team in terms of odds to win the NC. What they are saying is lsu will lose all 4 games against too 10, and a couple more.
Things will be different with this crowd in a little over 2 weeks.
