The ACT is not a requirement for being accepted into LSU.
That average ACT score means nothing if half the incoming students don't even take it.
And it's actually a space grant, not an air grant. Mississippi State is a land, sea, and space grant as well, with a vet school and an endowment of over 1 billion dollars.
OIe Miss has a medical school and law school, and has an endowment of over 1 billion dollars.
So there's that.

They are pretty equal, though the 2 Mississippi universities seem to be getting more financial support, in regards to the endowment.
