The statue argument is also bad. Faulk needed to return. Just about no way Faulk would have gone in top 3 rounds, much less the 2nd round. He was not the NFL prospect that Guice is. Faulk was very fortunate in who drafted him.
He was a late first rd/early second his junior year.
He was drafted in the 2nd Rd and spent 13 seasons in the NFL
And you’re nuts if you think LF was better than Faulk.
Show me facts/stats.
Faulk did everything LF did and rushed more and still returned kicks and punts for 4 years and stayed healthy.
Sorry, but you’re wrong this time.

I know it's only Oklahoma but Chubb and Michel may bump Guice to the 2nd round.
Never mind! Bama's gonna bring them and UGA back to reality!

I have a better chance of winning this Saturday’s Power Ball than LSU has of Guice coming back.

Why would anyone in their right mind in his position, come back when he has no clue who the OC will be?

LF is a once a generation physical human being. I’d still take KF. Faulk was the consummate football player - smart, extremely shifty, could catch, could return, had amazing vision, would setup blocks, etc.
He’s one of belichick’s favorite players and that says a lot.

Man, I totally agree with Faulk over LF7. Faulk was amazing.

Guice is very much a known commodity. Coming back would do nothing to showcase his abilities to NFL execs. In my view, the only benefit to coming back would be if next years draft eligible crop of RB talent is markedly weaker than this years. If that were the case, then logically he could move up the board. So, the question becomes this... How far "up" the board is possible and what that means in dollars and cents. Weigh that potential out against the risk of injury and make your best business decision.
