I don't think they are telling the full truth and I don't think Kelly is either. When cameras are on, the truth hardly ever gets told.
Yeah what surprised me was Kelly never put out a statement about the New Orleans terrorist attack. You would think he would especially when the brother of one of his former players was killed. Maybe I missed it but I just think he could have said something about the victims.

Should Jay Johnson or Mulkey have put out a statement? What in the flying frick does this have to do with Greg Brooks?
Posted on 2/12/25 at 3:06 pm to bdavids09
IF Jack Bech had still been on the team, CBK would have said something about his brother's death.
You are reaching for another way to smear Kelly.
This has nothing to Greg Brooks Jr., Sr. or the lawsuit.

You’re right it really does not matter. I just thought he could have just tweeted hearts out for the victims.

What did you do for the victims?
I bought 2 things where proceeds go to victims' families.
Again... your post aren't relevant to Brooks. Neither is mine and I don't need a response from you.
Lay off the coulda.

I disagree with you and I am on Greg Brooks side. But I get it. Your coach can do no wrong.

I would think in this case, LSU is already paying all medical expenses. From what it looks like, they want money for lifetime expenses, including, but not limited to, medical expenses.
If it continues to play out like it is, he will need lifetime care, plus he won't be able to work to provide. That is a far cry from him being an NFL prospect (and you know they are using that angle).
They want additional money above and beyond just the medical expenses.

Are you even an LSU fan?
If so, act like one. CBK is the coach here and if you don't like him, fine. But go cheer for the Lions instead of the Tigers. He has been very supportive of the Brooks family and didn't feel the need to reach out to the Bech family for a player who has not been in BR.
It would have been more appropriate for the AD to reach out to Jack or Jack's parents.

Call me an arse clown but Kelly was wrong and you know it. I stand with Greg brooks. Poor guy is in a wheelchair but you don’t give a shite

How so?

It’s not even about the bech family. It was just in general. A terrorist attack happened in Louisiana and Kelly is the coach of the flagship university. When tragedies like a mass shouting happen in other states happen many times the head coach will put a statement out on social media saying they are praying for the victims. I know nobody cares but I just think he should have said something.

Can you provide at least two examples so we can see what you're talking about?
I don't think BK is a big social media guy.

Because you’re a fricking idiot. Again why specifically the football coach?
And miss me with the your on Greg’s side. LSU did exactly what they should do, they even started the Greg brooks foundation. All the players wore 3 on their helmet for Christ sakes. You’re just a fricking loser who hates Kelly so you use this to shite on him.

Why is LSU paying the medical expenses of a non football injury? Nice that they are, but do they cover health care costs of all students who develop tumors or cancer?

The neurosurgeon would have been trained to do standard surgery. You don't get through years of residency without being thoroughly well trained. The neurosurgeon is well trained in brain resection whether standard invasive of minimally invasive. A neurosurgeon is trained to do brain surgery.period. Your comment about managing brain surgery vs tumor removal is nonsense.

Point one: Never ever trust an attorney!
Point two: Never ever trust an attorney, especially an ambulance chaser!
Point three: All he's doing is trying to get a settlement. That's all!
