The best thing about playing 7 games in Omaha is you get your younger players a ton of experience.

Agreed! What a great ride! It really does make me sick to see some "fans" trashing some of the kids, the coach, the program. We are so very fortunate to be fans of a program like LSU. To win the CWS, so many things have to fall into place. We just had a couple bad breaks late, and made a few mistakes. But no mistaking it, this was a very special team!

Awesome job guys! Even though it didn't work out in the end, you fought to get to the top of the hill through a hellacious obstacle course.
