considering the turnover of the program, basically have to buy the fanbase back in to get to the PMAC

Baton Rouge traffic means they don’t arrive until halftime. Lsu fandom means they leave at halftime.
If you drive by the PMAC right now it’s just a bunch pissed of and confused people walking around the parking areas.

Mid December against a terrible opponent will never have a good crowd. No reason to expect otherwise just the way it is

Ah the annual tradition of the rant acting like only 20 LSU students live in Baton Rouge in December.
To be fair, the non-conference schedule this year is absolutely pathetic and I won’t blame anyone for not being excited about the likes of NC Central, UT-Arlington, Kansas City, etc.
All but 1 home game has been against Quad 4 teams. The 1 exception was Quad 3 Akron,

I’ve been saying for years that since local students don’t go to the PMAC during the holidays, they should let anyone fill up those seats and relive the old Deaf Dome glory days…
And sure enough, I received an email promotion from LSU called “Be a Student For The Game.” $15 gets you concessions and a seat in the student section during the holidays. This even includes the Arkansas game on the 28th. Time to get the Shaq Pack back together!
