That's why I asked if they attended LSU. I just don't see how anyone who is an alumni member of LSU can have so much disdain for a kid, good QB or not. It's sad.

This thread has taken so many twists and turns. It started out about the grand jury hearing the case to a good ole fashioned JL vs JJ hate fest and now we're questioning where one attended college. God I love the rant.

According to cpt. Bengal, the employees aren't credible witnesses.
Didn't an employee go on the radio and say that JJ wasn't involved and he was standing back and watching or something like that? The Motion for Dismissal says that, "11 c) Jordan Jefferson's only involvement in the process is that he pulls some fellow players away... " but of course the Motion for Dismissal says NO players were involved in the incident and that JJ was only pulling away those non-involved players.
So the witness and motions present versions of JJ's involvement that range from not involved to being involved but only to remove other players that were not involved to being the kicker.

But if JJ comes back and is installed as the starter, Les Miles should be fired. (and when do I EVER say something like that?)

The employees said that while they couldn't account for JJ during the entire fight at some time during the fight he was not involved.
