TAMU has to go on the road against LSU which is a big advantage for LSU.

yep, tiger stadium is quite intimidating with 50,000 screaming fans present in the 2nd half…

A&M’s offense is built around the QB run game. Reed is going to carve LSU up with his legs and arm

Reed is averaging 31 yards a game. He not 10% the runner Sellers is. Plus Moss is hurt again. A&M will struggle in TS

And Marcel Reed is scary, just based on last year's demolition of the Tigers.

Comparing this defense to last year's is not a good habit..... Sellers also demolished the defense last year before getting hurt......how did that go for him last night? Averaged less than 1 yard per carry for a grand total of 19 yards on 22 carries.

Basing anything on last the defense last year won't get you very far. This defense is better in every possible way.

Nah their front 7 isn’t anything special

They’ve played well last few games but they are a liability. ND exposed them

Splitting the next 4 games and winning the last 2 seems realistic. Will 9-3 get us in, i doubt it but stranger things have happened in college football.

Even if the Tigers could contain Reed (which I doubt, given the fact Trinidad Chambliss ran and passed on the D at will), Texas A&M defensively is good enough to quash LSU's impotent offense, esp if Nuss is off, like he's been most games this season

Your definition of "at will" and mine are entirely different, apparently. Ole Miss scored 24 points, 17 of those in the first half, when the offense did virtually nothing to keep them off the field. If you give an offense like Ole Miss that many opportunities, they're going to do something with them. They scored 7 points in the second half.... You can talk about yards all you want, but points are what matter in the long run. That defense had been on the field the whole damn game and held them to 7 points in a half.... that's success in my book. If you have an offense that can't score more than 24 on a shite Ole Miss defense, well.... that tells the story of the game, doesn't it?

If the offense could hold the ball worth a damn for at least 2 or 3 drives in the first half, they don't even score 24 most likely. That is more a product of the offense not keeping the ball away from Ole Miss than it is Ole Miss just shredding the defense as you say.....

That and the stupid roughing the passer call. That’s when they really took off; we gave them extra possessions and extra chances.

Vandy is the better team. Better QB.

How did Pavia look against LSU last year? How was that 2nd half vs Bama last weekend? Looked like multiple bad reads for picks and a big reason they lost contact in what was a tie game to me. Looked about as bad as Nuss 2nd half vs A&M last year.

If bad Pavia shows up for part of Saturday’s game (and he usually does when the other team has a pulse), QB is a wash.

Pavia was injured for that game against LSU. From Kentucky onwards he was hurt last year.

Nuss is going to lose aTm just like last year and likely Bama as well.

Sorry, but that is just the way I see it. Downvote away.

I think the defense keeps us in it, but his terrible decision making 7-10 times a game will cost us.

Sadly, I totally agree. But right now, this team needs to focus 100% on Vandy. We could easily lose next week if our offense doesn't become more consistent.

They are going to run roughshod over us on physicality alone.

Our team is talented but soft as cotton.

Blake Baker can’t contain a running QB
except when he does. A running QB is gonna break a few, no matter the scheme. There is a reason people want one.

Just off the top of my head I remember Green last year was bottled up to little or negative yardage hell Sellers last night had like 20 keeps and got damn near zero I bet
