I thought it was all bullshite but after watching the game late I noticed he kept putting his figures into his pants all night same spot every time.

I can read / comprehend just fine a-hole. It’s you that seems to have a huge lack of understanding of what happened. You’re bashing a kid who adamantly wanted to plead not guilty, but his parents (not him) made the choice to plead otherwise. The kid passed 4 polygraph tests, and the therapist had nothing but good things to say about him as well. This is divorce, and it’s actually common for women in these situations to make false claims of sexual abuse. Especially for women who initially lose the custody battle, which was the case in this situation. Again, we’ll never know the truth, but it’s easy to see there’s way more to this story than what you care to admit, and I believe the kid is innocent from all that I’ve read.

The charge, brought forth by the ex-wife of Heimlich's brother and mother of his niece, was that Luke inappropriately touched the girl in a private area of her body at his family's home in Puyallup, Washington, at least twice when he was age 13 to 15 and she 4 to 6, from 2010-12. Heimlich pleaded guilty to the charge and was sentenced to two years probation, with the possibility of it being sealed from his record at the end of a five-year period.

There’s quite a bit more info that needs to be considered in the article that was linked above than what you just copied/pasted. The kid only pleaded guilty bc his parents decided that’s what he should do despite his adamant denial of it ever happening. The possibility that the ex wife (mother of the little girl) influenced the child to say whatever she said is very very real. It happens all the damn time. Honestly, the parents should have fired the attorney for even suggesting he plead guilty. Now they have to live with that extremely poor decision, and the kid (Luke) has, and will continue, to suffer bc of it.

I agree with your statement that’s it’s all speculation. No argument from me there. But the comments like “No surprise someone that lives in B1G country is defending another fricking pedo” is just beyond ridiculous. It only indicates a severe lack of intelligence from the poster. I mean, what a dumb arse thing to say. In the end, I still think the kid got railroaded.
