Logan needs to lose 15 lbs

More than that probably. His 2020 roster weight was 339, it was 309 in 2019 and 297 in 2018 (his best year when it was said that he changed his eating habits). I get that he went from 3-4 DE to 4-3 DT, but damn.

Because Logan returning should be ahead of any Gilbert news...

Great news for our depth next year.

It would be good for him to lose some weight. I thought he lost something playing heavier this past season. Not sure if it was explosiveness, or quickness at not getting his pad level into position in time, but there were plenty of plays where it looked like he got blocked too easily.

Well at least we know there’s no chance of our DL being gassed in the 4th quarter next year. We have 3 full rotations of quality players to throw in the game.

The return players are certainly helping with overall depth.

We were in big trouble if some of these dudes were not coming back.

It’s their money year.

I expect a hell of an offseason in the weight room for our entire program.

Good for him. His play definitely fell off from last year but he’ll add good depth next year being able to play inside and out

I hope Logan and Farrell don't expect to start just because they are coming back, they need to earn that shite

That's the deepest Dline we've had in forever should definitely result in playmakers.

I say This with all due respect to Logan:

Year 6. Get your shite together or enjoy being a backup. Roy was better than him last season.

By the end of 2021 our best interior dlineman will probably be Maason Smith. That man is a monster, and I’m surprised he wasn’t one of the top 5 recruits in the country.

Rivals had Smith as the #1 overall recruit for 2021

This. A real, on campus off-season is the key to improvement.
