Great post and I agree with almost everything you said. You actually have some intellect and reasoning skills that your typical poster on here will never have.
The only thing is that cops cannot even legally search a car anymore just on "probable cause". The Supreme Court ruling in 09 Arizona vs Gant overturned the New York VS Belton in the 80's. Basically cops cannot do warrant-less search of a vehicle unless your trying to destroy evidence by trying to get away or they witness the passenger put something in the glove box or under the seat. The cop is only allowed to search in those two places if you have a passenger. So this means now cops cannot legally go into any car or house without a search warrant or you SIGNING a consent to search form. Verbal consent only will get the evidence suppressed in a court later on. Also even if dogs hit on your car it just gives probable cause to get warrant from a judge to go in your car. If a cop goes in right after the dog hits, it will be suppressed in court without a warrant now. So my question is did Tyrann sign anything or just give verbal consent?

Does ANY of this really matter??? The dude is a pothead and always will be. He went to Houston JUST to please those that he needed to please. He did NOT go for HIMSELF. He will NEVER play for LSU again so BYE-BYE. This needs to be forgotten. the guy is a FORMER LSU player. I hope he can get his life straight, but AGAIN It doesn't really matter .WHY does it have to read A FORMER LSU PLAYER??? Why can't it just be a guy that got caught smoking pot. There are a shitload of pot busts everyday in this city that don't make such headlines. THIS should be NO different.

The fact that he was knowingly in the same zip code as drugs says enough...the fricking idiot.

Oh yea, those that don't believe weed is no big deal, do something about it. A couple of states are likely to legalize & tax come Nov 6th, but unless like minded people stand up in our state we will be dead last in the U.S. to do the same or even make some kind of reform on our ridiculous laws on marijuana which are the most harsh laws in the nation on this subject
Not going to happen we are a backwards state that will always be dead last in everything. We give someone with just marijuana convictions on his 3rd offense life without a chance of parole. Then the genius that got so drunk at the buzz Hammond.. The one that ran over and killed three of his friends playing chicken in his car with them only get 8 years...and he will get out in 4 years. This state has no sense and never will.

I agree, that's why people have to stand up

Basically you have to watch your own back. Whole story seems odd, but this isnt the first or last time the media blows up a story with misinformation. Im just tired of it. To me its not a big deal. Too many people on here make such s big deal ab this shite when they know nothing.
I have a friend holding on to his life cus a drunk idiot hit him at 2 in the afternoon. fricking disgusting.

The Honey Badger is roadkill. He's not coming back. Bad judgement cost him his LSU and, most likely, a shot at playing in the NFL. It's over. He's done. Move on.

I have moved on, and yes bad judgement on his part. My main point is that JJ took money from SI. Like I said before, why else would you be all smiles on your way to jail. Laughing all the way to the bank.

Once again, yea the cops have a choice to give you a summons on a simple possession, IF YOUR NOT ACTING LIKE A frickING THUG TOWARD THE POLICE. Well, guess what probably happened?

A ot of what you stated makes sense, I believe there is more than meets the eye.

It was at the venue and you can't be buzzed in there and only residents can park there so if he saw jj go in after the confrontation he might call the cops to make him leave
