The same people 'giving O credit' are some of the same ones that wanted Miles fired after the 2011 season. People like that can GFT.

bullshite.

At no time did our oc help out our oline weaknesses.

We struggled to move the ball againsg southeastern.
They held us to 63 2nd half yards and 3 1st downs. Thats scheme. When La tech shuts us down, its scheme.
This scheme has yet to almost score a td against bama.

This is still a dinosaur offense that uses outdated concepts and refuses to try to cover up any weaknesses on the team.

Did you see our oc try to move the pocket around to try to alleviate oline woes?

Did you see our oc constantly running play action when no one respected our run game?

Did you see our oc constantly call max protect which brings more defenders to the LOS and limits the passing options for our QB?

Did you see our OC teach our players how to run a screen pass?

Did you see our OC constantly put burrow under center when our oline was struggling and making it harder for burrow to read the defense because he is in a drop?

We are still a ball controlled power run team except now we lack fundamentals on the oline and now we cant even run the ball down the throat of scrub teams.

We are an updated Offensive Scheme away from being legit title contenders.

I watched Key play 16 times in the NFL. I promise you, coaching was a problem. Give it a year.

Miles had talent it was just scattered. Both lines, WR & LB were not up to LSU caliber. There were some decent program guys but lack of top end talent & you clearly need both

So you think O is gonna have an oline with more than 3 all sec olinemen?

Lbs had riley, beckwith, and freshman devin white.

Again, why were you blasting miles for underachieving if there was no talent on the roster at very important positions?

Why dont you hold O accountable for losing 4 games last year with the 2nd most nfl draft picks?
Since players are only talented if they get drafted.

At what point will you start saying O is underachieving with 3 losses?

I’d guessed desire, dedication, maturity and focus were his problems at LSU.
Not technique.

We do. Bama has just lapped everyone.
I firmly believe their backups could finish in the top 15.

Auburn doesnt have a problem winning sec west titles during bama's recent run.
No one expects lsu to beat bama every year.

How long will it be ok for O to lose to bama and 2 inferior teams?

losing to 2 top 15 teams on the road in the SEC is a fireable offense now?

this team should be in legitimate national title contention next year. 3 losses next year won't cut it. that's why we fired the last guy.

Saban left Miles two Champion ship winning quarterbacks. What did Miles leave O?

You guys predicted 6 losses. O took a team with 9 new offensive starters and won 10 games against one of the toughest schedules in the country. First 10 win season since 2013.

A good year from your measure would have been 8 and 4.

4 wins against top ten teams.

We had a deeply flawed roster at the end of 2016. More kickers than linebackers. Only 9 offensive lineman on the roster. Very underwhelming QB room.

Another solid recruiting class. Roster is reloaded and finally balanced. Still, very young.

Saban, in his five years at LSU, only lost less than 3 games in one season, his 4th...

He could or he couldn’t. Doesn’t really matter. All sec is so arbitrary especially when deciding the OL. If you’re a multi year starter at a good program that’s about all you need. I don’t put much weight into that.

And O got 6 games with those guys? Are you supposed to clone them for the next year??

This is about the state of your program, not 6 games. Riley & Beck move on and then what? Donnie Alexander? Corey Thompson that had to be moved from safety? Mind you he did an excellent job but it’s kind of troublesome that you play a 3-4 & do not have any LBs

Why dont you hold O accountable for losing 4 games last year with the 2nd most nfl draft picks?
Since players are only talented if they get drafted.

Because when your best players get injured & play injured (key, Guice, Lawrence among others) & your depth is most freshmen because the last coach left you depleted at spots, You’re in a tough spot.

I don’t understand the question. Why shouldn’t he be blasted for that? Wut

When annually he starts getting blown out by teams he shouldn’t even lose to, much less get blown out by.
