Yeah I really never was a fan of his but at least thought he had some integrity.

What?!?!?!

Jesus tapdancing Christ! Are you saying that you, a person apparently with the competence at least to type on a computer and read simple sentences, were actually fooled by this shite-stirring, moronic frickhead into thinking he had int....shite, I can't even type it in a sentence about him...integ...damn! I pray they don't let you drive cars on a highway or vote in elections.

People get mad at GG for telling the truth. I used to be like that until I started realizing he was right most of the time.

In a thread in which he is quoted, on his own Twitter account, ADMITTING HE INTENTIONALLY LIED about LSU and one of its former players, you actually claim he is "telling the truth" and "right most of the time"? It's truly incredible what goes through the minds of some people.

the way he makes his name is not on access, it is by passing off baseless speculation as information he gleaned from reporting. Basically, he says inflammatory things while giving the impression, if not flat out misleading people into believing, that he has credible sourcing for his opinions

I don't think I've ever seen anyone in media just flat-out make up stuff out of thin air, then get publicly and openly busted for it, repeatedly over a period of years, and get away with it. Gannett obviously has no journalistic standards, something we knew long before Guilbeau came along, but he stretches the limits of even their ridiculously irresponsible reporting.

I guess since he's done it so many times without repercussions, he figures it's the way to go.

There is a 50% chance he is right on a lot of the things he says. Like TM7 will not return to LSU; well there are only 2 options, he either does or he doesn't. So if you make a bunch of shite up and then your correct about the fact that he doesn't return that doesn't mean you were telling the truth. It means you guessed right.

Journalism is not a place for guessing, unless it is prefaced by a phrase such as: "I believe" or "In my opinion". Those phrases belong in an article written by a 'journalist' because we, the reader, take what they say as having factual basis. He misleads his readers, and proves he does so on purpose.

Good to see you in here defending your "good" name, Glenn. Have a seat. We'd like to ask you a few questions.

Skip Bayless. You are right, it is a pretty low-level way to go about your business, but it happens a lot and some people make a lot of money trolling.
