They are trying to be. Apparently the alumni chapter chose only two bars in DFW this year for watch parties, Dodies on Greenville and Rotolos in Plano or somewhere near there. Eastwood's has an LSU flag flying and has been throwing watch parties a lot for us. They have incredibly cheaper deals, more TV's, and is a lot closer to the Uptown folks. They plan on hosting LSU football parties all season long. Check it out. It won't be as hard to grab a seat and a drink as it is at Dodies, plus cheaper.

I found a sports bar for today's baseball game "A Step Up Lounge" on Walnut Hill, close to my office.. in an unexpected strip center area but great reviews..looks like a great neighborhood bar .. will test at 2:00pm

I've been trapped in my house due to flooding most of this week anyway. The water had receded by the time I woke up this morning but I didn't tell the office that.
