I know what you mean. Even in past years when the LSU lines were both dominant it seemed there were tons of excuses made for the fallen. Since UGA's lines have not been dominant this season either this one looks like a tossup. Fewer mistakes win type of game. I say if the trends for both teams continue the Tigers will prevail in a close one.

However, 2007, splitting with USC in 2003, and seemingly "weaseling" our way into the title game both years are why people hate LSU.

I could really give two shits. They did the same to us in 07, just saying LSU will never get the love that Florida or USC gets.

LSU will get national love when Baton Rouge becomes a major media market or when Louisiana has a population of over 10,000,000. All of the networks play up to larger markets. It's just a fact of life. It's as inevitable as death and taxes.
