ESPN (and most of the sports world) seem to agree...

Seems to be a bit of delusion on 'dis board.

I hope Hill doesn't play but Miles puts him in to take the knee. Would be pretty funny.

82 players did not fail a drug test. That was an exaggeration by Tanner Brock as illustrated by records released by the university and by his probation report.

We kicked off our best player a year ago. Their drug QB is still on team.

After failing at least 10 drug tests, per TM7.

Jeremy Hill and Avery Tate filmed the girl giving them both blow jobs in the locker room. The video spread and the girl got scared. Told her dad and dad contacted the school.

Apparently, it wasn't the first time an incident like this had happened with the girl too.

quote:

Baton Rouge - Redemptorist All-State running back and LSU recruit Jeremy Hill was arrested Wednesday and charged with oral sexual battery of a 14-year-old girl, according to a Baton Rouge City Police release.

Hill, 18, and another Redemptorist student, Avery Tate, 18, are accused of pressuring the girl into performing oral sex in the Redemptorist boys locker room on Dec. 7, 2010.

The incident was reported to the school administration Jan. 4. Both suspects were in the process of being booked into East Baton Rouge Parish Prison on Wednesday.

Gary, if Miles handled his team like you do, the Honey Badger would still don the purple and gold. Half your team has been busted for weed - including your starting QB. In fact some have been dealing weed! TCU has been making headlines the past 2 years with drug stories including fatal ODs. That campus has the worst drug scene in the state of Texas and we all know the FB players participate.

Why don't you test them this week and see how many pass, then come back and throw stones.

If that girl was your teenage child, would you still be defending Hill?

I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that this probably wasnt the smartest thing to say right before playing an already pissed off LSU team with a giant chip on their shoulder.

Maybe the "child" should have been raised better.

He was a HS senior presented with an opportunity he should've walked away from.......it was a big mistake but the girl was not forcibly assaulted.

There was a fresh that was known for promisuity. She propositioned me as a senior. I refused......Hill did not as did a couple friends ofmine under similar circumstances.
one.

I am aware that I am assuming similar circumstances.

The university kicked our best player (TM7) off the team. But only after Miles let him fell about 10 drug tests and still played him. Hill deserves a minimum 2 game suspension.

you mean than he thinks he would. patterson doesn't know the whole story and neither do we. it is entirely possible patterson would have handled the situation exactly like miles did. i have seen les miles handle his teams and while they have some of the same issues as EVERY TEAM IN THE COUNTRY he has stepped up and acted with propriety on every occasion. because of this, i trust he is doing the right thing now. and i don't trust gary patterson; i don't know much about him but i now know he sticks his fat mouth in whrere he shouldn't.

I agree. The criticism leveled at Miles is unjustified and based on distortions of the facts as currently known.

Oh really? Herbstreit was complementary of Miles on this. Most of the criticism has been based on ignorance or willful distortion of the facts, mixed with a lot of hypocrisy.
