How does this guy make the list? Plenty of good established, seasoned, experienced oc's out there.

I say we steal Danny Langsdorf out of Oregon state. He is making 150K.

Chris Patterson from BSU, or Dana Holgorson from Houston.

I don't think Chris Petersen wants a step down in terms of job description.

I just looked up Danny Langsdorf (OC Oregon State) and he seems really solid. Also was an assistant coach for the Saints from 02-04.

"Langsdorf coached in the Canadian Football League and for the New Orleans Saints before coming to Oregon State. He became the offensive coordinator in 2004, and Oregon State has ranked in the top 10 in the nation for passing yardage each season since."

Ran the offense at Texas Tech, but do we really want that here.

Why not Al Borges? He did well at UCLA and Auburn. I know he did not do so well at Oregon and Indiana.

Chan Gailey--Former HC at G. Tech, let go at beginning of season for KC Chiefs
Chuck Long--Former OC at OU, HC at San Diego ST

If Tuberville gets a job anywhere one of these two will be his OC,

Two existing OC's that were posted earlier were Shawn Watson Nebraska's OC and Frank Cignetti Pitt's OC--well respected, runs muliptle sets, develops qb's

Why would anyone of any consequence risk his career by coming with Les Miles in 2010?

Do you guys think that these coaches don't talk to one another? You think a prospective OC for Miles isn't going to call and talk to Crowton?

Don't kid yourselves.

It will be easier to hire an excellent head coach bringing in a whole new staff than it would be to bring in an excellent OC and WR coach.

Was shown the door by Saban at Alabama after his stint as O.C. proved he sucked.

Applewhite turned us down year before last and went to Bama. We got Crowton, and he moved on from the psycho Saban. By the way....whouldn't you all love to have that psycho back. We'd be 11-0

Really? I'd like Brian Kelly to be our Head Coach, not OC.

What about guys who might be on the hot seat like Mark Mangino, Ralph Friegen, Charlie Wies and Steve Kragthorpe?

If we could pry Greg Davis from the 'Horns

HAAHAAAHAAA!!

Go back to 2006 and see what the Horns boards were saying about Davis. Oh well, save your time and just take the current ones on TD with Crowton's name and substitute Davis.
