If you want to drop your e mail I can tell you a place to park, for free. And you will have little to no traffic getting out
Thanks.

What time were you planning to arrive? You can get better help if we know this.
Around 1:00 - 2:00.

Handicaps can park in Lot 409 at Alex Box (they will check your tag.) Once there, they provide a shuttle to the stadium.

Ahh...well disregard that e mail. Where I was going to tell you to park will be full long before that.

Prepare for heavy traffic getting in, regardless of where you park. You probably won't park until 3 at the earliest if you get in that late.

.i also suggested to “ride with someone else” ie so you can get dropped off closer to the stadium. Works for elderly and handicapped. Walking a long ways sucks if you have a cane, chair or walker.

I never said there was no traffic. But we don't sit in traffic for longer than 10 minutes.

Traffic can be expected regardless of where you are, if that many people are leaving a place at once. There is no way around it.

When you’re older like me, it takes a lot more time to get to your car, plus we don’t always get there early due to the fact it wears you out being there all day and staying late.

I am 63 years old. I have a 14 hour round trip drive to Baton Rouge from my house. I get to the tailgate spot by 7:30 - 8:00 am and tailgate all day. I stay to the end of the game and walk briskly to my car in 10 minutes and will be in free flowing traffic within moments. I have done this for several years for about 90% of the home games.

Am I worn out? Sure. But it is worth it.
