The seller never claimed that he knew who worn the helmet. I was just trying to figure it out myself. Good catch on the XL sticker. May be a JC Copeland helmet. The seller did notice a number "118" was on the inside of helmet made from an old school label maker. I am not sure what that is linked to?

That must mean it was a walk on's helmet who may have also worn jersey #4, most guy's locker number is their jersey number 1-99 but after that walk ons get locker numbers 100+

It looks like Copelands helmet to me. Maybe they ripped off the extra 4 
And besides Blue wouldn't have that many scratches on his helmet considering he always goes untouched into the endzone

It would be awesome to find out that it was a Copeland helmet. This is the most legit looking helmet I have seen on the market so far.

Also, it's a real helmet because the equipment managers cut small holes on the the stripe as seen. And those are not the wrong colors. That's a legit helmet especially if 118 is written inside. Just a walk ons helmet though.

I called the gift shop yesterday, and they do have 6 available at this time. $300 for the game used helmets at the gift shop.

Please explain a little more. Everyone else that I've shown the pics to say its the real deal. Even a comparison of this helmet and pictures of games have decals in same location.

Go to red stick sports, buy a Russell athletic 14 jersey' , rub it in dirt, wash it and claim it was the jersey Clayton used at lsu. All for $20 bucks.

Those holes come from the manufacturer, they're used for air pumps to pump the padding on the inside up with air

both legit imo.....real LSU helmet...definately a walk ons that could have been passed down from another player.....practice jersey is legit as well imo......email me directly if you have any other questions.
