Pretty to crazy to think we're 10 weekends into the season and just hoping to catch lightning in a bottle with a starting pitcher in a big series.

Yeah I know. To be fair some of the guys we are pitching now probably wouldn't be if not for the early injuries.

No doubt about it. I just keep coming back to my loathing of chopping up every single midweek game to the bullpen instead of trying to develop another starter.

We should have done that more in February for sure. Once you get into SEC play you really don't want to burn any pitchers in the midweek with the current roster limits.

At least pulling Hale and inserting Foster was something he knew. Also playing Sciv at 1B and Chinea at C much less starting Chinea at all. Oh, and that whole Bregman in the 3 hole thing.
