No. 9 LSU (7-1, 4-1) travels to Tuscaloosa, AL on Saturday to face No. 3 Alabama (8-0, 5-0) in a pivotal SEC West matchup that has National Title implications. Kickoff at Bryant-Denny Stadium is for 2:30pm CT. The game will be televised nationally by CBS.

This is the 73rd meeting between the two schools. Alabama leads the overall series 44-23-5, but LSU has dominated the series as of late, winning seven of the last nine games played. Additionally, LSU has only lost three times on the road in this series since 1982, going 10-3 on Alabama's home turf during that span.

I wish man...I really do, I can't pull it off this weekend tho. A trip has definitely been talked about around here, but it's a no go as of now.

Chicken, it might be helpful to post a link to the open container laws for out of state venues. It's a habit in Louisiana to walk around with a cold 12 oz beer and think nothing of it.

I'm really glad I don't live in Alabama or know a whole lot of Bama fans. Otherwise this week would be really tense and next week, should we lose, would be completely and utterly miserable, and many weeks past that actually.
