There's still little room for error for LSU, IMO. The SEC is very weak this season by historical standards. If the goal is national seed, a sweep of Tennessee is paramount. Their RPI is actually pretty good, but they aren't a very good team.

Agree, finishing 8-4 is the key...and if we can get 5 of the next 6 it would be big.

8-4 is definitely doable. We got this weekend that I didn't expect.

it seems like Alabama is starting to pull away from the pac but they got tough games coming up. UF if they continue to play the way they do may run away with the title. If we finish 2nd in the SEC only behind UF we have a great chance to get a top 8 seed.

that would be a great finish but you don't think that we would be enough to get a top 8 seed? (not taking into account how we play in the SECT

No OOC was too bad. I think LSU has to win the SEC to get a top 8.

ok makes sense.
I don't think we would have to win the SECT if we don't win the SEC, I think if we win a couple in Hoover it may be enough to get us in. But even if we don't get a top 8 seed I bet we get paired up with the Lafayette regional for the supers, I have confidence we can go there and beat ULL 2 of 3
