I don't mind if they actually bring some X & 0s with the post. I want something constructive and the one's who bring nothing but hate get under my skin.

Just to humor myself....please explain to me exactly what you're doing to avoid "mediocrity". I'd like to know what steps i need to take....so if you could tell me what you do on a day to day basis to prevent LSU football from heading into "mediocrity" i'd appreciate it. To answer the original question...i'd have to say Lacour and Peej are my two favorites....they're good people. There are a few more that i cant remember

Sorry for the delay, gentlemen. I do have a job, which you all apparently do not. If you know anything about the history of LSU football then you know this: LSU players have long been accused of "taking plays off." This was true when Colly Mac was coaching and continued after he left. Don't ask for a link, I don't have time. This came from other SEC players, among others, not just nutjob fans. That explained, in part, why LSU perenially had excellent recruiting classes but had nothing to show for it other than a few big wins (for example 1983 over Bama at Legion Field---I was there). There were other reasons for our failures, of course, such as mediocre coaching. When Saban came he instilled a new attitude. I'm sure you have seen his sideline butt-chewings , even when we were up big in games. There was a zero-tolerance policy, period. I don't see that now. Players who should be top draft picks never reach their potential. Games are lost both because of subpar effort as well as poor decisionmaking. Do you think the players didn't notice the bumbling attempts at clock management in the Ole Miss game? I'm not saying the players hate him. I'm sure he is a likeable guy. I don't know that they are as confident in him as they could be. I do not classify myself as a "negatiger," whatever that actually means, but I will not overlook the obvious problems we have with our coaching staff. I am as optomistic as any of you and hope that I am proven wrong.
