That's why we love him. High risk, high reward but when it doesn't work, oh well that's life.

Didn't he say after the game that there are several calls that he wish he could have back??

I dunno.. the fake on 4th and 12 was a bit of a head scratcher against a team with that much speed.

4th and 5 or less, i love it.

The onside kick was fricking brilliant adn didn't hurt us. The ball just took a bad luck bounce. Bama wasn't ready AT ALL for it.

The fake FG was a bad call.

I'll tell you what hurt this team the most: the JC Copeland personal foul.

Agreed. T-Bob said their were safeguards on the field. The player should have called it off...that doesn't change my opinion that it was likely never gonna work.

Aggressive play calling. I like it. It didn't work out Saturday night, but usually, fortune favors the bold.

I dont see how anyone can question the onside kick. Just an unlucky bounce and bamas D was tired while ours was playing lights out. If they get it we most likely hold them if we get it we probably score another TD

Loved the OSK...bad break, but good call and the timing was impeccable. That is what made the call so good, the timing. There in lies the problem with the fake FG and the Warecat call.
The decision to run run run punt is questionable at the least, but I can at least see the logic behind it with LSU's D and the way the played up to that point in the half...but then to handcuff the very D you are counting on is committing game suicide.

I get it. The Mad Hatter when they work, the Crazy Cap when they don't.

How very typical.

How can anyone scratch their head after the fake at ASU? It only sucks if it don't work and I'm so freaking glad he pulled out all the stops to win the game.
