Notre Dame beat a couple of SEC schools this year but do you really think they could have less than two losses in LSU’s October to November stretch.

My point is- championships matter. The end.
If Freeman hangs a banner at Notre Dame in 3 years then he's a better coach then the guy who's been coaching D-1 for 20 years and didn't do it.
I don't care how good the teams were that kicked the shite out of him.

If Notre Dame loses by 50- they still made the dance while we're at the Texas Bowl unranked. A standard that literally got a national championship winning coach fired from LSU (Les).

Yes. The talking heads like him. They don’t like BK.
It’s intellectually dishonest to act like beating Indiana, Gunnar Stockton, and Drew Allar is what BK couldn’t do.
He couldn’t beat pre-portal and NIL Bama and Clemson. The landscape changed and those teams don’t really exist anymore. But that doesn’t make for good banter. Freeman > BK is more fun to write about.

What about Kellys 2012 BCS game against Alabama, that was his thrid year, and since this is Freemans Third year that seems like a better comparison
