I didn't understand as I watched the game nor do I get it now watching this video...why did he juke in the wide open field during the run that starts here? Looks like he could have gotten more yards just putting the hammer down and running straight. Did those Florida players have an angle on him that I'm missing or did Fournette just prove that he is human after all?

Great Job You can really see how quick Fournette is.
I think on that run Fournette is cutting to the outside to avoid the guy coming from the inside as he does this he sees the guy on the outside that did not really get blocked

Florida LBs really did a great job closing up holes and tackling. Lots of arm tackles that he would normally break slowed him down enough for the gang to get to him.

0:45 easily should have been called a personal foul. They drove him backwards well past the stop of forward progression and then threw him to the ground.

Man, Hawkins is great at blocking big guys at the line but looks really bad at blocking downfield...I feel like he gets in Fournette's way more often than he makes contact with a defender down the field.
Yes. Twice if he had stayed on his blocks in the first half, Fournette goes for a lot more. On that catch, it seemed like green grass to the endzone when Hawk first tried to make the block, then the guy easily got by his block and tripped LF7 up.

Look at Fournette's vision though

His short area quickness and burst is incredible. Incredible in general, not just for his size. Then you add just raw power on the level of the greats. We are pretty lucky.

Hard to believe Teuhema is freshman. Wow.

We sit in the south side expansion for this reason - there's nothing like seeing the game north/south. Tv has conditioned us to see it from the sideline but the view from the backfield can't be beat IMO.
This video codifies what I've seen all year: our OL lives on the second level.

This is how every football game should be broadcast. some people don't understand the game because they can't see the whole progression of the play, and it's so hard to explain without seeing the whole field

One thing I noticed was hardly ever does he get taken down by first defender unless he really gets a good wrap on him. Impressive.

Our O line is just beating fools senseless

He just picks up chunks of yardage on every damn play it seems. A 4 yard run for him is almost "disappointing" whereas any back would take 4 yards a pop any day of the week.

After watching the game live and after watching this video I can't explain the juke in the open field that you show in this clip. It appears that he "gasp" may have made a mistake.

This is clearly the first time you've seen one of his videos. Previously he was asked how to donate. Someone else joked they only use bitcoin. His target of $100k for donations is clearly a joke in response.
