the First Amendment DOESN'T APPLY to this sitation!!!
The 1st Amendment only applies to GOVERNMENT - i.e., the govt can't punish you for exercising free speech.
But a private employer can limit speech as much as they want. And the kneeler are protesting on the job.
I'm not sure that's exactly what he's saying. While, yes, you are correct that the 1st Amendment only applies to the government, Fournette still does have a right to protest however he feels, but his owner also has the right to fire him or fine him if he feels it's appropriate. That's where the "how much is the player worth to us" comes in. The Jags are not going to cut Fournette for staying in the locker room, and that's really all that matters here. Reid and Kaepernick found out the hard way how valuable they really were/are as players. The juice wasn't worth the squeeze to the owners. If they were better players, they'd be playing right now.

Find a single post of me praising Ed Orgeron and/or the hiring of Ed Orgeron. You won't, because I hated and still hate the hire. Congrats on resorting to additional logical fallacies when your first logical fallacy is a dud.

Did you see who I was responding to?

There are THOUSANDS of season tickets still available which is insane, and yes that's a sign of the program taking a step back, but also a bigger sign of the current administration not doing what they need to do to get the asses back in the seats. You've already convinced yourself this ONLY has to do with Coach O and the Troy loss, when there are dozens of other factors mentioned on this very site daily. Factors like having to pay for parking, expensive yet somehow absurdly shitty concessions, and the overall gameday experience just not being worth the hassle that it is today.
Not surprised the cheeri0s are the one s that can't connect any dots.
I do not for one second buy the administration's bullshite excuse about the new tax code being the reason for a lack of renewals. But you've got to move the frick on, dude.

Whatever helps you sleep at night. The kneeling doesn't bother me btw.
I could give 2 shits about kneeling or NFL attendance. Doesn't make my wife or kids love me less, so I'm good. It's just absurd that a bunch of LSU fans are eager to trash a great Tiger for not kaotaoing to their worldview.

I'm not going to stop thinking 0 is a terrible coach until he does something to change that. I don't see why I'm not allowed to do that.

Then how have I been on the waiting list for almost a decade and never gotten a call until the past couple years? If there was no decline, how is that possible?
Do you not understand how a waiting list works? Go try to call the Saints today and purchase some season tickets, They will laugh at you and tell you to kick rocks. Also if you didn't know they accidentally called and emailed a large group of people including myself who was on the waiting list on accident.

A lot of people have issues with it. Why is it ok to protest during the anthem, but something is wrong when others speak up against that protest?
BTW, there is a reason game attendance and viewing on TV has dropped since this anthem protest started. Why do you think the NFL is doing it this way?

Are you shifting to agreeing with me? Obviously I know how it works. And I called to verify that I was able to buy tickets, and it was legit.

Kneeling for the national anthem is anything but great. He no longer represents anything but his own ignorance and black nationalist opinions. Life is about living in the truth and spreading the truth. Fournette has willfully chosen to live and represent that which is false. Screw him and everyone, black or white, like him.

What about the homeowner who was killed by the police a week ago after defending his home from an intruder?
