no but its not "terrific" either.

did not even crack the top 100 for yards per catch. Does that sound terrific to you??

quite a few actually.

This didn't go like you planned, did it? You can just quit while you're ahead, but I know your kind. You will resort to some sort of personal attack.

LSU won the Florida game because the kicker missed a PAT.

The Auburn game was absolutely because of the heroics of Gage. Still does not mean he had a "terrific" career. He had a very average career, and fortunately was able to parlay that into an NFL roster spot.

Not sure what your personal vendetta is against Russell Gage but the guy worked his arse off to earn playing time and was a great Tiger.

Actually it did go exactly how I planned it. The 897th rated player normally does not become the 3rd leading rusher and 3rd best receiver for a P5 college team and play in the NFL. If you think you convinced me otherwise, I am sorry but I missed it.

that isn't at all what you said. and there's no way to prove that a 3* player does not normally do certain things. In fact, I would say it is easier to show that 3* players make up the vast majority of FBS rosters, seeing as how theres roughly 32 5* every year and about 100-150 4* every year. so just by virtue of the law of averages, the probability of a 3* doing...well...anything, is going to be greater than that of a 4 or 5*.

What you initially said is "Is 21 catches averaging 13.6 ypc in one season a horrible stat?" and when I showed you that at least 100 players in FBS had better than 15 YPC you changed what you said to "3rd leading rusher and 3rd best receiver on a P5 college team." Sounds to me like he was the byproduct of an offensive coordinator who knew how to maximize his talent. Props to the coach for putting his player in a position to be successful.

I am retired. I have a lot of free time. I will probably spend less of it talking with you. You seem like a very unhappy person. I will pray for you.

Pray quick. I have a feeling you are not long for this board. Maybe your original userid will get reinstated before long.

like the concept, but you could probably challenge literally every pass. They need to keep this shite inside 2 minutes of the half or something or it is going to get silly.

Or, you know, limit the number of challenges you get per game?

I was speaking of his last year at LSU. He was also terrific on special teams, almost an all timer.

Im not sure what your point is. I was just recognizing Russell for his professional achievements and his efforts for LSU. He beat out a bunch of guys, that were much more highly recruited, by out working them.
