That is what I am trying to say; it doesn't matter which state you are domiciled in, it all has to do with where the money is earned. On a contract, you would ikely just prorate the amount of games played in a certain state over total games and apply to the total contract value for the year.
State reporting is a mess, but a good bit of states would give you a credit for state taxes that are already payed to your home state. If you lived in TX, you obviously not get any credits for the other states you earned in, because there is no tax.

I just went to the ncaa website to make sure I was right. You have to be enrolled at least 12 hours in one semester to start the clock per ncaa website.
