Yes, this is my biggest concern--whether Ford and even Ware will see the field enough with Murphy there. We know Ridley will get his chances. Miles better learn to play the best ones, regardless of class. Murphy has shown very little so far, and can't seem to stay healthy. Let's get the best player on the field.

Oh man, you just threw chum in the water!

I think Ford will be good, but I don't think he's gonna live up to some of the retardedly ridiculous expectations some of our fans prematurely have for him.

Richardson won the Florida Powerlifting Championship and the 100 Meter Dash his Senior year in high school. The guy is a physical specimen...and he has added muscle since last year, if that is even possible. I hope Ford works out well for you guys, but as for now there is no comparison.

And after we rush for more than 2,600 yards and LSU doesn't go over 2,000 are you still going to think the same thing ?

Mike Dyer
Onterrio McCalebb
Mario Fannin

Remember those names.

Why? fact is that it doesn't make a mound of mouse shite how many yards who rushes for. The only stat that means anything is who has more points after the final whistle blows.

Ford is better than anything Cheesedick will trot out there this season, so that's a decent start.

FIFY. BTW yes.

Emmitt Smith prob couldn't outrun or outlift Ford or Richardson in his prime, but that doesn't mean he's not a better RB. There's a lot more to being a RB than speed and strength (although they help).

P.S. Ingram reminds me a lot of Emmitt.

Emmitt had great balance & was very durable, and I think, underrated as a receiver out of the backfield. But it was sure great that LSU beat Florida at least one of the years Emmitt played there.

idiotic comment, you don't know what this kid is capable of, he has sat out and bided his time behind LSU RB's ahead of him on the depth chart as a freshman, he is every bit the physical specimen as Richardson, I hope he runs the hell all over y'all when game time comes!
