For you wimps worried about new guys coming in and taking spots: Here's how winners see it

I know we're at record low-levels of testosterone in this country and it's a damn shame... so as a Boomer-adjacent citizen, man and thinker, I'll explain it to you in hopes you may reverse the course of your fall into idiocracy....
When a group of men join forces for a noble cause, be it game, war or exploration, the #1 overriding desire of them all is victory.
So the grueling toil and preparation is endured, embraced even, as they march towards the common goal.
So how does a new, even late, entrant onto the group affect the dynamics of the group?
Well, wimps whine, fret, conspire and engage all other manners of self-preserving behaviour to the detriment of the overall team. These are not men, but shallow shells of a man.
On the other hand, winners, real men, embrace the challenge of a new, worthy component added to the group that can help achieve the common goal of victory.
And how do they account for that? They view it simply as this...
-I may not like you and you may not like me, but we both love the common goal.
- I know you will push me and rest assured that I will push you.... and in that process, you will grow and get better, as well as I will grow and get better.
- And in that process our group grows and gets better.... all the better which to enhance our chances of the ultimate common goal:
Victory.
