and the biggest play of the day was an easy TD turned into a long gain because Dural had to almost come to a complete stop to catch the ball.

DB fell down and Dural was wide open. DB had enough time to get up and chase down Dural

Right but that was a busted play and AJ stuck with it long enough to let Dural play open. Last year he throws that ball into the stands, this year he hung in there and heaved it on one foot at the last second and made the throw for a huge gain. That one showed some confidence he was desperately lacking and impressed me, honestly.

This is what I wanted to avoid in this thread. This isn't perspective. This is doing what you can to justify Harris, IMO. You have zero interest whatsoever in giving Jennings a shot.

Jennings was more composed, Harris was the bigger playmaker. Both are improved.

Spring game showed nothing that wasn't obvious to most.

7 for 7 for 130ish 2 TDs and a rushing TD that mysteriously vanished from the stats. They gave an extra play to Williams who scored from the 5. ESPN said it was a 2 point conversion, announcers said just an extra play that happens during the spring in many games. It was from the 5, so it wasn't 2 point conversion.

Regardless, perfect passing and 3 TDs in 3 drives.

Agree. Don't be fooled by a few in this thread, Harris missed very easy throws that had nothing to do with blocking early. Both QBs were nervous and tight to start the game, but both settled down significantly and played better as the game went on.

Are you kidding? You didn't watch. The Purple team was abysmal. The only time Harris got "Happy Feet" was running away from the DL that had 6 sacks. When he played with the starters he was calm in the pocket. That's perspective, not bias.

I'm the one that started the #6heismans campaign. I'm calling it how I see it

I did watch, and you aren't the worst I've seen today but you're still propping up Harris, he was no where near perfect even on white. Also, his pick was to a true freshman and was a bad throw into double coverage.

I am on the boat that doesn't care who starts as long as there is production. I don't pull for one to fail.

I think both looked a lot better and more confident in themselves. Harris looked slightly better at times but Jennings checked down a lot better than Harris and the 2014 version of Jennings.

Perfect in the sense that he was indeed 7 for 7 passing and 3 TDs on 3 drives.

Where was the second defender? That was a one on one sideline route. Great coverage by Toliver, he basically took the WR and put him 4 yards OOBs

You've already ruined this thread by starting a debate about who is better and why Harris is better and doesn't even mention Jennings bright spots.

Plenty of people have pointed out Jennings improvement

You want an unbiased opinion yet you won't accept any opinion that isn't slanted to praise Jennings more than Harris. How the hell does that work?

Can we get an assessment with perspective? I see more threads that prefer Harris because of ridiculous things and these are just the people that will never see a positive in Jennings play. From what I've seen, Harris isn't so good that he's separated himself from Jennings. Was there any improvement in Jennings anywhere?

Wow, you are terrible.

how did each QB do with the purple team? were both running for their life so hard you couldn't tell or did one fair better than the other under pressure?
