truth is we are better than everybody else with the exception of qb at just about every position other than alabama so take the guy that can run some and throws a little worse ball

None.
However how and why 3-4 of you continuesly lobby for a guy that performed the way he has in his whole career and they he did sat afternoon blows my fricking mind.

The thing that has saved LM on this particular topic is that qb play has yet to cost us a game or been needed to be the difference.
The rest of our football team overshadows the mediocrity we have at that position.
In that regard LM is fortunate, because its exeptuon not the rule.

Thanks for clearing that up captain obvious I am sure most on here were confused by the lack of production by the number 9 on the field Saturday and thought it was Ego Ferguson!

This team does not win with QB play. It wins with great defense, a power running game, and solid special teams.

Some of you folks went ape shite when I said this several weeks ago.

You are really wanting miles to take heat because he isn't playing who you think he should.

Miles is having one of the greatest seasons ever and his coaching has been top notch. But you want to find way to criticize him.

Ridiculous.

Again, how much more undefeated do you want? You are one miserable person if you can't enjoy this season and wanting the coach to take heat. You remind me of the jackass in my sig quote.

Well cant think you for your help enough I am sure with the lack of first downs and the guys name being Ego the confusion between him and Jefferson is easily made. I mean who could have a bigger Ego than JJ except for a guy named Ego!

Hopefully before he leaves LSU Ego Ferguson will actually produce!

Agreed. But I expect we will need more from the position to beat Bama a second time, even if it didn't require much from the position the first time around.

Unfortunately I don't know that we can expect either QB to do that against Bama.

Lee you know they have the fanboi talking points? Do you expect them to be able to respond/understan to anything not on the JJ approved response list?

This in a nutshell. Bama can bust coverages against us and we still struggle to take advantage....ie Shep's catch against BAMA. It just limits the field so much. Gonna be a tough game.

You guys act as if Lee is Drew fricking Brees. It's simple as to why jj plays. He can run, doesn't throw picks, and doesn't get rattled.

Quit second guessing the coach who has coached this team to the best regular season ever.

Shut the frick up and enjoy the ride. Damn!

I have never lobbied for JJ. I have only stated what I think the coaches would do. Revert back to my past posts where I stated numerous times JL has done nothing to lose his playing time.

True but even Joe Montana probably would have been sat down at least for a series for Steve Young if he went 7 straight 3 and outs and JJ is not even a good college qb.

I thought he threw an interception against a horrible defense in Arkansas. maybe i am wrong

If he wasn't rattled in the Georgia game. You should rewatch the game.
