re: For those in the stadium, how loud was it on Ross' pick 6?

LSU posted a field-level view of that play on their socials. It was ridiculously loud when he picked the ball off.
Loudest pre-snap moment of the game was when Clemson tried to change the play in their own territory near the North EZ and the crowd made them burn a timeout.

Perhaps equal to the 2 point conversion against Alabama for the win!
Both were felt internally rather than heard. The body’s organs vibrated at different frequencies, and the noise is so loud that you actually feel deaf!

I've been at the games all my life, and almost every home game since 2004. I feel I have a pretty good judge for things like this...
It was loud on the pick, but when Jordan Ross hit the corner and it became obvious he was going to score, there was an audible explosion. It was as loud as catching the 2 point conversion against Bama.
What an all time day and night last night was. College Gameday set was so much more packed with fans than the last 5 or so in Baton Rouge. Victory Hill had as many fans as I ever can remember. You couldn't hardly move there were so many people. The rain delay gave the teams a near capacity crowd for 60 minutes of pregame warmups.
It was glorious!
