It's none of your business Meauxron.

Still waiting to know why you hate capitalism. Someone spent the money on that ticket for her to go; it's not your business to mandate what she does with the seat she either bought or had bought for her by someone. (Only exception, of course, is if you are that someone, but since you don't even know who she is, apparently, you aren't, and therefore have no room for comment.)

Hell, I tried to give away 3 tickets to the game and no one would even take them (outside the stadium an hour before kickoff).
Don't tell me the BCS keeps the regular season relevant. I couldn't give away tickets to a prime time LSU rivalry game!

Must be the same woman that sits in front of my wife's cousin at the Saint's games.

In the '04 Sugar Bowl, we sat behind 2 couples and the wives talked the entire time about shopping, Christmas sales, and their kids. I wanted to tell them that they could have just saved their husbands what was likley a grand in tickets and met up at The Oliver Garden and had more peace and quiet to discuss TJ Maxx and Zale's refund policies.

I do have a story from a gump friend about Mrs. Paul Bryant. Mary Harmon knitted during games. She couldn't stand to watch them too much because they made her so nervous so she would bring her knitting with her.

It is a woman...how many women are ever into the game. Sure, sometimes they jump up and scream but they mostly do it because everyone else is doing it. Not because they understand what the hell is going on in the game...
I had a girl sitting by me in TS one time that kept asking the most annoying shite ever. You'd wonder if she even watched football, yet, she was there the entire season. My ex watched football every week and she couldn't tell you the basics of football rules. Women just have a mental block when it comes to sports.
spot on! Kudos to you my good man! I have a very dear friend who fits this description perfectly.

I don't know about that. There are some women that know the game better than a lot of men. Sometimes I think some of them play a dumb role for the guys.

Let's just take the student section for instance. I'm willing to bet that 95% of the women couldn't even name most of the starting lineup or their positions. I'm not trying to say women are too dumb to follow football, bc there are a few that I couldn't match wits with, but most women just don't find it interesting enough to have a want to understand it.

For the Lady in section 210 last night.......
If LSU games are so boring THAT YOU HAVE TO BRING A DAMN BOOK.......stay at the damn house!!!
Lady - mid 50's or so....read a book the ENTIRE game. So she or someone else paid 50 dollars for her ticket and she read the whole game!! She is 10 rows from the field in the greatest stadium in america......and reads the whole time!!
Hey, Dirtbag, instead of coming to a site like this to whine like a little girl, why didn't you just walk down to the lady and ask her why she was reading during the game?
If you want to know now, I will tell you why. That lady that makes you so angry is my older sister. She is an LSU graduate and has been attending LSU games for 30+ seasons. She is as big of an LSU fan as they come. Unfortunately for my sister, she has been battling heart issues for the past year. Rather than listen to her doctor's advice and not attend LSU games any more, she decided that she will still attend every game just like in the past. Whenever the games start getting too stressful and her chest begins to ache, she opens a book and reads in order to take her away from the game a little and to lower the amount of stress.
So shame on you, Dirtbag, for criticizing a fellow Tiger fan on here when she risks her life every game to root for the Tigers. So her reading isn't a matter of being bored, it is a matter of life and death.
I hope next season, if she is still with us and still able to go to games, that you will walk down to that lady with the book and thank her for sacrificing her health to cheer for LSU.

Good for your sister. Some of the guys are just dumbasses about women and sports. I've known former Golden Girls that would call out what play should be the next one and what we need to do to stop X player, etc.

Could it be a possibility that more than 1 woman is reading a book in TS?
As long as it's not an L. Ron Hubbard book, I say ok.

So you would be fine if she reads ....what if the whole section was reading.
Just BS. I know of plenty of people that would love to come but cant get tickets....and this lady goes and never takes her head from a book?
Maybe this is simply hard for your pea brain to comprehend, but if she paid for the ticket (or someone else did) she can do whatever she wants to in the stadium (within the limits of the law). You nor anyone has a right to tell her otherwise.

She actually sits in row 10, seat 7. How do I know this? Because Ive been in row 10 right behind her for 15 years.
I never have to worry about her blocking my view.
