I've had 8 in east upper since it opened and 6 in south end zone for past 4 years. This year I re-sold the uppers and 4 of the end zones. Im only keeping 2 seats for myself. The game day experience has become too difficult with kids and my wife doesn't enjoy the traffic and parking fiasco. The costs are high but that doesn't bother me as much as the poor home schedule this year.
Fact is that all these frustrations began around the time that Les and the program started a hard down slide. Getting rid of les was cause for excitement. The hiring of O is very risky. There is no honeymoon. The results this year will drive tickets and excitement or not for next year. Expectations are high, we are paying huge amounts and expect results.
Winning cures all. We have a great stadium and great fans. We have shown a desire to compete at the highest level and are willing To pay for it. BUT, if the product does not deliver, we will not continue to accept mediocrity. Jury is out on O... he controls all of the fan experience.

17 year season tix holder of 4 tix. Did not renew. Too many shite home schedules in a row, crappy piped in music ruined the experience and out of control pricing and traffic .. I would rather watch from home.

I understand that things change with finances and kids getting older and all of that stuff. For me it was always a dream to have LSU football season tickets that started when I was a kid and my parents went in the 70s and 80s to individual games. I was finally able to get 2 last year. As long as the good Lord gives me the money to buy them I'm gonna keep them. I still think there's something special about being in Tiger Stadium on Saturday night.

Gave up my season tickets the year after Mett left. Had 8 in East Upper since it opened, cut to 4 when my boys went to LSU. Couldn't hope to recoup my costs for the tickets plus the fees, even being in a low row with permanent (comfortable) seats on the 20 yard line. Any decent game would be in the afternoon, with at least every other year having an 11:30 start, and those seats were like being in an oven. So not only losing the Tiger Stadium Saturday night magic, but risking malignant melanoma and heat stroke attending. There's a reason games were historically played at night in the South. Parking had gotten to be a major chore, tailgating spots being restricted and the short commute home in the after game clusterfrick untenable. I couldn't be happier with my decision. Just with this year's several thousand dollars saved, I'll be able to buy a big screen for outside and a new highend grill.
