This may have been asked already, but can LSU or some one put in a FOIA request so that all the information can come out. How did ESPN get the FBI recordings and why is LSU the only one being talked about? Every school involved should be named and what information is involved. How unlucky are we to be the only team being talked about. I love how duke and kansas is getting a pass when the info on them is much worst.

I would imagine that if LSU goes down, WIl wade and as well as any other player would come forward and tell their story and how much other "blue blood" schools offered them. If we go down i want the entire thing to burn!

Is the defense attorney feeding Yahoo this shite? Who's leaking it to Yahoo?

I'm sure, they're the party with the most to gain from this

Yes. The defense leaked it after the judge ruled the tapes to be inadmissible. The defense was attempting to establish the involvement of the coaches.

The defense is using Yahoo as his mouthpiece. Pat Forde or somebody is on the SEC Rant hinting as we go about what drops next- allegedly more stuff drops during the conference tournaments. Plural.

From what's been out there only 3 calls exist with Wade.

Conference Tournament week, another large list of coaches will be coming out

My guess is that they aren’t sure it will get in during court proceedings, Dawkins wants to go scorched earth, so what a better way to do that then start leaking shite to the media.

October or around then is when the ruling was made and the first few stories about the recordings came out.

So this is supposed to be more information dealing with LSU only or the other schools involved?

That makes sense, Wade might not even have to testify

The freedom of information act isn't as inclusive as many Americans believe it to be.

Ongoing criminal investigations would be exempted.

Why would you need a FOIA request? This is a public trial. You won't get any information that was kept from evidence by the judge though a FOIA request. In other words you are getting more information than a FOIA request could obtain through leaks to the media from Dawkins' attorneys.

They apparently also released some transcripts of s recording pertaining to Zion Williamson, and another kid that ended up at Arizona. Ayton, if I remember his name correctly. Those tapes apparently reveal them discussing getting jobs and a home for the parents. I'm not sure the time table on all this, but it makes no sense to me why LSU is being picked on when there's apparently 12 programs involved in these recordings.

Post the article please. All I've ever heard was some of the tapes from a previous case were not allowed to be used, not this one.

In this case, I would think so. There are a number of exceptions, like national security, but they probably wouldn't apply here
