Maybe he just isn't good.

You can remove that "maybe" qualifier at this point.

That's funny right there. Does anyone know who holds the record for being on the most NFL teams?

He's not nfl material. He played in one meaningless game at the end of a season and turned it into millions . He's happy, we should be too.

ous question: why not Tampa? As bad as they are, it isn't Jacksonville. Schiano will probably be gone soon -- and I'm not sure there's a better QB in FA

He's been beaten by some bad backup qbs on two bad teams at this point

They have exponentially more potential and better personnell than the Jags. They are a good coach and a decent QB away from being a playoff team IMO.

Glennon is a decent QB. He's been solid since the switch and he's doing it with no run game (except for yesterday).

Saints better pick him up since Brees might not make it to the end of the season with that Oline yesterday...

Nah he is on three teams payroll im sure he is ok

I think he is only on their payroll if he got guaranteed money, which I'm pretty sure he only got from Seattle. Flynn likely only got paid for the games in which he was on a roster.

He also got a signing bonus from Oakland, but besides that I'm pretty sure the only money he is actively collecting is from Seattle.

I hate to say this, because I was truly pulling for this young man to be successful "become a starting QB" in the NFL, but at this time it is clearly evident that unfortunately the chances of becoming a starting QB in the NFL for Flynn are extremely remote.

The good news is that financially he should be set for life and that I always like to see for a true LSU Fighting Tiger such as Matt Flynn.

Most NFL players are broke within three years of leaving the league. Let's hope Matt doesn't become part of that statistic.
