Does it really matter? Its 30 minutes. But if you want a guess, could it be since these games seemingly last 4 hours with the lack of defense being played, maybe ESPN is trying to avoid overlap??

ESPN agreed to Mullens request of giving fans coming in a little late more time to pack the Swamp

I really don't want to watch. I probably will because I can't help myself, but I get to frustrated watching that kind of defense.

Nah, it was never supposed to be on CBS, CBS picked their one primetime day this weekend and chose Georgia/Alabama.

Historically they have still shown a game in their 2:30 window the afternoon of their SEC Primetime game.

ESPN has Auburn - South Carolina at 11:00. This just provides a little cushion in case that game runs late and into the LSU game.

I would guess it has to do with ESPN having no 6:00 PM game to show and they're trying to fill some air time.

Ok St vs Baylor was cancelled and they had the 6:30 ABC game. NC vs FSU was moved from 6:00 ESPN to 6:30 ABC.

ESPN probably wanted LSU/FL to move to 6:00 and somebody said nope starting 30 minutes later is the best we can do.

When watching sports, there is NOTHING tougher than your favorite team having a terrible defense. Even with a terrible offense, if your defense is good, you can hang in the game. Not so much with no defense.
