and Max got the nod over TJ, and the outcome was similar. How many would be calling for Max to get the start going forward? I hate to be that guy, but some of you are only basing you POV due to that which is most wrong in this country.

1) frick this thread

2) there is actually a sneaky sentiment among certain posters that is the exact opposite of what you are suggesting.

No. It’s the facts that Brennan has been great this year and is the guy moving forward. Stop being dumb. Everyone one is excited about TJ in the future.

I don't know the percentage of people agreeing with the OP or anyone suggesting something similar is, but sometimes it makes me sad to be an LSU fan. Do other teams deal with this level of stupidity?

Not me. Next question.

I do recall a lot of people screaming for Jefferson to replace Lee early in 2011 despite being undefeated.

This is the dumbest thing I've read all day.

Myles has waited his turn for 3 years, and even stayed with the program when Joe Burrow came in and took his starting job from him. He could have easily transferred and played the last 2 years somewhere else.

ADDITIONALLY, he has played great this year. Best 3 game start of any QB in LSU HISTORY.

How about you tell us your personal reasons that TJ should get the start?

100% of the LSU fans on this board have an opinion on who they think should start, whether it be Brennan or Finley. I would say less than 5 people total based that decision on the color of the skin of either QB.

And you are wrong. What's wrong with this country is people like you, who think overwhelming vast majority of us decide anything based off of skin color. Turn off CNN and stop being a bitch.

Brennan is our QB. Unless he gets injured he is our starting QB and gives us the best chance to win. As for as playing great, c'mon men. He has had his moments, but great?

Like when 99% of LSU fans wanted Rohan Davey to start over Josh Booty? Or does that mess up your narrative?

The backup quarterback is always the most popular player amongst the fans...

You don't know me or my morals bitch. You read through several posts and responses throughout and you'll see heck of a lot that's pointing to this being a color thing.

I could give shite... what I'm saying is, if Max would been out there and performed that way, a lot of those same people wouldn't have an opinion. And you know why.

Again, there are more pumping TJ and dumping on Myles for the flipside reason. Its easy as shite to sniff out.

ETA: you might be saying the same thing i am saying...its hard to say. lol

If Max had the confidence TJ did in his first start, then yes, a lot of people would want him to start. The difference between TJ and Myles is that TJ looked like he wasn't scared of a thing. Myles on the other hand had happy feet in his first game, and moved into pressure rather than escaping the pocket (like TJ did.) Myles looked like he was scared of MSU. TJ looked like he was a man.
